Returns are offered free in the UK. If you are not in the UK, you will be responsible for paying return postage yourself.

If for any reason you do do not wish to keep an item you have received, simply return it in an unworn condition, in its original packaging, making sure the original tags have not been removed, and send it back to us to receive a full refund.

We are unable to offer refunds on cosmetics, swimwear or pierced jewellery unless the product is faulty upon delivery. Please use the pre-addressed Returns label within the UK, or for international returns please see the reverse of the delivery note that arrived with your items.

We accept returns made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns refunds

Whilst it is usually much quicker, please note that the returns refund process can take up to 21 days to complete. However, we will make every effort to process this sooner for you, and will send a notification once your refund has been processed.

Wrong or faulty items

If you have received the wrong item, or if it is faulty or damaged, we’re terribly sorry. Please return the item to us by following the procedures detailed on the reverse of your delivery note and we will make sure you receive a full refund. You can also check our FAQ’s for more details.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we can’t process exchanges but you can return your item to us for a full refund and place a new order instead.
